Community Medical Wellness Centers USA \u201cCMWC\u201d a non-profit corporation established on Apr 6, 2011, to provide quality health care and health education for the low-income, underserved and the under-insured residents specifically the Black\/African American, Cambodian and Latinx of City of Long Beach and surrounding areas. CMWC was approved as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as of Oct 13, 2015.
